Refund Policy

 

Each piece is made in small batches.

 

Deposits reserve a piece and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is charged before shipment. If you need to cancel a preorder, contact us before production begins. We will review the request, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

 

All sales are final except for defects. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact hello@danipark.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If repair or replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

 

Damage from wear, misuse, alterations, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not a defect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, color, or delayed delivery.
