These terms govern your use of the Dani Park online store. By using the store, you agree to them.

 

Products and orders

We make pieces in limited small batches. Product images and colors may vary slightly. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary. An order is accepted when we confirm it.

 

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Deposits are due at reservation. The remaining balance is charged before shipment. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method.

 

Preorders

Preorder timing is an estimate. We will send updates if timing changes. Our Refund Policy governs deposits, defects, and refunds.

 

Store use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use content without written permission. We may suspend access when necessary.

 

Intellectual property

Dani Park names, designs, images, and written content belong to Dani Park or its licensors. All rights reserved.

 

Disclaimer and liability

The store and products are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Dani Park is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
